internal controls, quantitative methods, and
financial statement analysis.
Part II - Management
Accounting and Reporting (12 CPE)
Saturday, December 2, 9, &

Covers budget preparation, cost management,
information management, performance measurement,
and external financial reporting.
Part III - Strategic Management (9 CPE)
Saturday, February 3, 10, & 17, 2007,
10:00am to 1:00pm
Covers strategic planning, strategic marketing,
corporate finance, decision analysis, and
investment decisions.
Part IV -
business applications (9 CPE)
Saturday, March 17, 24, & 31, 2007,
10:00am
(Note-each of the previous
parts must be passed prior to taking the CMA
Exam Part IV)
Course capstone covers business applications and
includes organization management, organization
communication, behavioral issues, and ethical
considerations.
